Julien Reynaud – Founding partner
Julien Reynaud brings over two decades of experience in M&A and investment, spanning top-tier global financial institutions and the corporate sector.
He spent a decade at Lazard, where he was part of the Large-Cap M&A team in Paris and New York, advising on landmark transactions across industries. He then joined CreditSuisse’s M&A team in London and Paris for three years, refining his expertise in complex cross-border deals.
Beyond investment banking, Julien has deep corporate and private equity experience. He led M&A activities at Infopro Digital, driving strategic acquisitions, and played a key role in Temasek’s cybersecurity platform, ISTARI, overseeing global investments in the sector.
Julien is a graduate of École Centrale Paris (2004).
